How much does a repair cost?
It depends on the fault, so we never guess. Send us the model, the problem and a photo, and we give you a free estimate range. Once we've found the fault you get the exact price, and nothing is fixed until you say yes. If it isn't worth repairing, we tell you.
How long does it take?
We diagnose within 24 to 48 hours of the machine arriving, then send you the quote. Repair time depends on the fault and parts, and we tell you when we quote.
I'm not in Juja. Can I still use you?
Yes. Courier your machine from anywhere in Kenya with G4S, Posta Kenya, Fargo Courier, Pickup Mtaani, Easy Coach, Modern Coast or any bus parcel office. Write your ticket number on the parcel and we send it back the same way.
How do I pay?
Only once the repair is done and we have sent you a video of it working. We send you the final amount and how to pay on WhatsApp.
What do you repair?
Laptops and MacBooks (HP, Dell, Lenovo and more), desktop and all-in-one PCs, motherboards and BIOS chips, car ECUs and TVs. If you are not sure, WhatsApp us and ask.
How do I check on my repair?
Use "How's my repair going?" on our home page with your ticket number and phone number. The link in our WhatsApp message opens it for you. Or just WhatsApp us your ticket number.
How will I get my machine back?
Collect it at the workshop in Juja, or we send it back by G4S, Posta Kenya or bus parcel. We give you the tracking number on WhatsApp, and you can follow it under Track a delivery on our home page.
Do you sell laptops and parts?
Yes. Our shop has laptops, chargers, spare parts and accessories that we check on our bench first. Order on WhatsApp or pay with M-Pesa straight from the shop page.
