Simple, from anywhere in Kenya

How it works

You don't need to live near Juja. Walk in, or send your machine by courier or bus parcel and we send it back the same way.

  1. Tell us

Book here, or WhatsApp us the model and the fault. We reply with a free estimate and a ticket number.

  2. Get it to us

Drop it off, book our rider, or send it by courier with the ticket number on the parcel.

  3. We find the fault

Within 24 to 48 hours of it arriving, then we tell you the exact price. Nothing is fixed without your OK.

  4. It comes back working

We send you a video of it working. You pay once it's done, and we return it.
