Privacy policy
We only collect what we need to fix your machine and get it back to you.
Who we are
Zebulun Workshop Technology repairs laptops, computers, car ECUs and TVs at Denkell 2, Juja, near JKUAT, Kenya. This page explains what we do with your details. If you have a question, WhatsApp or call us on 0727 898 954.
What we collect
When you book a repair: your name, phone or WhatsApp number, your machine, the fault, any photos you add, and, if you ask us to collect or send your machine, your town or location.
When you order from our shop: your name, phone number, what you ordered, how you want it delivered and, if you share it, your location.
When you pay by M-Pesa: the phone number, amount and M-Pesa receipt number.
When you visit the website: Google Analytics records which pages you open, roughly where you are (city level), your device and browser, and how you found us. It uses cookies to do this. It does not tell us your name.
Why we use it
To repair your machine, give you an estimate, keep you updated on WhatsApp and get your machine or order back to you.
To keep our records for warranty, accounts and tax.
To understand which pages help people and improve the website and our adverts.
Who we share it with
Only the people needed to do the job: the courier or rider who carries your machine or order, Safaricom for M-Pesa payments, and WhatsApp (Meta) for our messages to you. Google receives the website visit information described above.
We do not sell your details, and we do not share them for anyone else's marketing.
How we keep it safe
Your booking details and photos are stored on our own website server. Only signed-in Zebulun staff can see them. Photos cannot be opened by anyone else from the internet.
We keep repair and order records for as long as we need them for warranty, accounts and the law, and then delete them.
Your rights
Under the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019 you can ask to see the details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them where we no longer need them. WhatsApp or call 0727 898 954 and we will help.
To stop Google Analytics, block cookies for our site in your browser settings or install Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Changes
If we change how we use your details, we will update this page. Last updated: 7 October 2026.
