If the same fault comes back within the warranty, we fix it again at no charge. The warranty is set by the repair price:

Is the estimate really free?
Yes. Finding the fault and telling you the price costs nothing, and nothing is repaired without your OK. If you decide not to repair, you collect your machine or we send it back.
When do I pay?
Only after the repair is done. We send you a video of your machine working, then you pay by M-Pesa (Buy Goods till 508790) or cash when you collect.
Do repairs have a warranty?
Yes. The warranty covers the same fault coming back and is set by the repair price: 1 month above KSh 1,000, 3 months above KSh 2,000 and 1 year above KSh 3,500. Parts like screens and batteries carry the warranty we agree with you.
