How much does a repair cost?
It depends on the fault, so we never guess. Send us the model, the problem and a photo, and we give you a free estimate range. Once we've found the fault you get the exact price, and nothing is fixed until you say yes. If it isn't worth repairing, we tell you.
How long does it take?
We diagnose within 24 to 48 hours of the machine arriving, then send you the quote. Repair time depends on the fault and parts, and we tell you when we quote.
I'm not in Juja. Can I still use you?
Yes. Courier your machine from anywhere in Kenya with G4S, Posta Kenya, Fargo Courier, Pickup Mtaani, Easy Coach, Modern Coast or any bus parcel office. Write your ticket number on the parcel and we send it back the same way.
How do I pay?
Only once the repair is done and we have sent you a video of it working. We send you the final amount and how to pay on WhatsApp.
