Laptop not charging? We fix it

When a laptop stops charging, the charger is only sometimes to blame. Often the charging port is loose or burnt, or a part in the charging circuit on the motherboard has failed. We test the charger, the port and the board, then fix the part that actually failed. Walk in at Denkell 2 near JKUAT, or courier it from anywhere in Kenya.

Questions about laptop not charging

How much does it cost to fix a laptop that won't charge?

It depends on whether it is the charger, the port, the battery or the board. WhatsApp us the model and what happens when you plug it in, and we give you a free estimate.

Can I keep using it while plugged in?

If you smell burning, see melting, or the battery is swollen, stop using it and unplug it. Otherwise you can, but a loose port can get worse and damage the board, so get it checked soon.

Do you sell chargers?

Yes, our shop has tested chargers for popular laptops. Ask us on WhatsApp if yours isn't listed.
