It depends on the model and the type of screen. WhatsApp us the model number (on the sticker under the laptop) and a photo of the screen, and we give you a free estimate.
Is it the screen or the motherboard?
Plug in an external monitor or TV with HDMI. If the picture shows there, the screen side is the problem. If not, it is usually the board, which we also repair.
Can I send my laptop by courier?
Yes. Book a repair to get your ticket number, pack it well and send it from anywhere in Kenya. We send it back the same way.
