How much does BIOS password removal cost?

Is it a Windows password or a BIOS password?
If the password box appears before Windows starts, it is a BIOS password. If it appears on the Windows login screen and you sign in with an email address, you can reset it yourself at account.live.com/password/reset. Our self-help page explains both.
Can I send the laptop by courier?
Yes. Book a repair to get your ticket number, write it on the parcel and send it with G4S, Posta Kenya, a bus parcel office or any courier. We send it back the same way.
